Atom Cheer Registration
Registration for our Atom Spring Cheer program will open on February 1st.
Registration for our Atom Fall Cheer program will open on June 1st.
Fall 2026:
Atom Sideline Cheer (Born 2018-2020) - $250*
*Register by June 30th and receive $25 off!
Our Atom team will be joining the competitive cheer program this fall with attendance at the annual VMFL Cheer Competition on the Lower Mainland in November.
During our fall program, the focus shifts to game day performances and competition choreography, preparing cheerleaders to shine in every setting.
This approach ensures a balance of skill-building, team bonding, and performance excellence throughout the season!
Dates: Aug 4th - Nov 16th
Practices:
- Mon/Wed 6-7pm - Bill Moore Park (BMP), Courtenay (Aug 4-Sep 9)
- Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30pm - Little Red Church (LRC), 2182 Comox Ave, Comox (Sep 14-Nov 16)
Performances: The team will perform each weekend during one tackle football game. You will receive a schedule in early Sept as soon as the league has provided us with dates/times and we can organize. Typical performance times will be Saturday at around noon.
Provided: Club cheer shirt and skirt/pants will be provided (deposit form must be completed), club hair bow
Required: Club sweater/pom poms are required for purchase separately. Black pants/leggings, running shoes, water bottle, no jewelry (stud earrings ok), hair tied away from face
Cost: $250 + BCPFA Cheer Insurance (if not yet paid in 2026)
Spring 2026:
Atom Sideline Cheer (born 2018-2020) - $150
**HALF PRICE SPECIAL - USE CODE 2026CHEER**
This program will focus on introductory and developing cheer stunts and routines. A co-ed, all levels program for youth aged 6-8 (born 2018-2020).
Dates: April 13 - July 1
Practices: Mondays 5:30-6:30, Little Red Church, 2182 Comox Ave, Comox
Performances: Saturday performances at Woodcote Park from May 9-June 20 (excluding May 16) from 10-11am for our flag football games in late May/early June; Canada Day Parade
Provided: Team shirt, equipment
Needed: Pom poms (which you can purchase during registration if you haven't cheered with us before), black pants/leggings, running shoes, water bottle, desire for fun
Other Costs for all divisions: Program fees plus applicable BCPFA Cheer Insurance + $35 for pom poms (if required)
Our programs are run by volunteer coaches, managers, first aid attendants and staff. Please consider helping out so that we may continue to offer our great programming!
